The IET Healthcare Technologies Network is keen to encourage and support the work and research of academics and newly qualified professionals in healthcare, medical and biomedical engineering arenas. The network presents annual prizes through a number of awards. Details, including eligibility criteria, are available on the following pages:
William Jame Award
Awarded to PhD students making contribution toward the development and improvement of the biomedical engineering field.
Dennis Hill Award
This is presented to MSc students for healthcare technology and cognate subjects.
JA Lodge Award
This is an early career award recognising and promoting outstanding work in the field of research and development in biomedical engineering.
The IET Healthcare Technologies Awards are part of a wider set of IET Achievement Awards.
