This community has been established to represent IET members and non-members with an active interest in health technologies and healthcare. It will appeal to a wide range of professionals working in biomedical engineering areas, including more traditional engineering and technological disciplines, and end users including clinicians and healthcare professionals. The Healthcare Technologies Network acknowledges students and rewards outstanding work in the field of research and development in biomedical engineering through the presentation of their William James Award and research and development through the Dennis Hill Award.
